Refund policy
Lit Harmony does not accept returns. However, if your product is defective, or damaged, exchanges will be honored.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is defective, please email us pictures.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us regarding the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, the replacement item will then be sent.
Refunds
