Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

 

Cancellations

After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us at llcjustwright@gmail.com. 

 

Shipped Orders

Lit Harmony is not liable for lost or stolen products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your order has arrived damaged, please reach out to us so that we can assist you as soon as possible.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
